Polish Deputy Foreign Minister responsible for EU affairs Konrad Szymanski said on Tuesday in Brussels that Poland will not obstruct the postponement of the planned withdrawal of Great Britain from the European Union. British Prime Minister Theresa May has to send a letter to President of the European Council Donald Tusk, with a request to postpone Brexit before the meeting of 27 EU Member States planned for Thursday. Consent in this matter must be unanimously expressed by the other EU countries. "Poland is irrepressibly interested in making Brexit run in an orderly and agreed manner, so we will not put any obstacles in the way of finding a solution to this deeply crisis situation," Szymanski told PAP on Tuesday.
