The probability of a no-deal Brexit is increasing, but Poland is well prepared to limit the costs to the economy and companies. Such a scenario, however, will have a severe effect on the entire EU, Deputy Foreign Minister Konrad Szymanski told PAP on Tuesday. He pointed out that the Sejm would discuss legislation in the event of a final rejection of a Brexit agreement. He stressed that, "Poles will be protected by similar national arrangements adopted by the British parliament." "We are in constant contact with the British government in this matter and we do not expect disturbances here," he added.
