The Polish government plans to give the first COVID-19 vaccines developed by US pharmaceutical company Pfizer and German firm BioTech SE to high-risk groups, including senior citizens, medical personnel and the uniformed services. "Today, we can confirm the information about the availability of the very innovative COVID-19 vaccine announced by Pfizer several days ago," the prime minister told reporters after a Friday meeting with Pfizer representatives.
