Poland still waiting for Israeli FM to withdraw his words - FM

Poland is still waiting for Israeli acting Foreign Minister Israel Katz to withdraw his words, as it does not suit a diplomat to use such comparisons, Foreign Minister Jacek Czaputowicz said in Brussels, commenting on Katz's remarks, made on Thursday. On Thursday, Katz said that he does not regret his comment that the Poles "suckle antisemitism with their mothers' milk" and repeated that "many Poles" collaborated with the Nazis. Czaputowicz said that such remarks are "inappropriate, and burden the Polish nation with responsibility for anti-Semitism."
