An additional PLN 300 million (EUR 65.9 million) from EU funds will be earmarked for Poland's health-care sector to fight the coronavirus pandemic, the Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy said on Thursday. The funds will come from the already existing support project entitled Infrastructure and Environment Programme (POIiS). The additional EUR 65.9 million for healthcare has been approved by the European Commission.
