Poland is ready today to take its share of responsibility for international security, including in the sphere of climate policy, President Andrzej Duda said at the official opening of the COP24 climate summit, which started on Monday in Katowice, south Poland. Andrzej Duda pointed out that COP24 is taking place in the year when Poland celebrates the centenary of regaining its independence. Duda also said that Poland is ready to support the negotiations "of key importance for the future of our and future generations" to be conducted during the summit.
