Poland marks Auschwitz liberation anniversary

Ceremonies marking the 67th liberation anniversary of the Auschwitz Nazi death camp took place Friday in Oswiecim in south Poland. Attending were 30 former camp inmates and the ambassadors of Israel and Russia. For the first time in post-war history the ceremony participants were shown the so-called "death gate" gas chamber entrance.
