Poland still has PLN 58.0bn (EUR 13.79bn) at its budget accounts as of end-November and has managed to pre-finance 13.5 percent of its 2018 budget needs, deputy Finance Minister Piotr Nowak said on Thursday. As of the end of November, Poland has financed 95.5 percent of its 2017 borrowing needs, but in view of recent updates it is assumed that the country's borrowing needs have already been fully met, the deputy minister said.
