Poland budget amendment not ruled out - gov't spokesman

An amendment to the 2013 budget is not ruled out but a decision on a potential revision can be taken in a few weeks after the finance minister has presented an analysis of macro indices and prognoses, the government spokesman said on Wednesday. "Talks on a possible amendment to this year's budget will continue," Pawel Gras said. He repeated that the decision "required more analyses". After April 2013 the budget deficit reached PLN 31.7 billion, 89.3 percent of the annual target.
