PM Babis to attend EU-Arab League summit

PM Andrej Babis (ANO) will represent the Czech Republic at the EU-League of Arab States summit in Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt, on Sunday and Monday, the Government Office said today. The summit will discuss the fight against climate change and terrorism, regional conflicts in Syria and Yemen and the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Apart from the summit talks, Babis will also hold bilateral meetings with African representatives in Sharm El-Sheikh. Talks between the EU and Arab countries foreign ministers preceded the summit in early February.
