Czech opposition Pirates' deputy leader head Jakub Michalek has filed a lawsuit demanding that Prime Minister Andrej Babis release the National Investment Plan, he said on Wednesday, adding that he did so after failing to get Babis to release the document within a regular parliamentary procedure. Babis previously refused the plan's public release, arguing that it is an internal document. According to Michalek, there are no legal reasons to prevent its release to the public. People and municipalities have the right to know what projects the investment plan includes, he argued.
