Outgoing Czech Prime Minister Bohuslav Sobotka and new US ambassador in Prague Stephen King talked about trade and defence cooperation between their countries at the Government Office on Monday, the government's spokesman Martin Ayrer said in a press release. King, who handed his credentials to President Milos Zeman last Wednesday, was the last foreign representative whom Sobotka would meet as prime minister. On Wednesday, the minority government of Andrej Babis (ANO) will take office. Sobotka and King also talked about the 100-year anniversary of the establishment of the independent Czechoslovakia to be celebrated next year.
