OLaNO urges president to veto doctors' overtime

President Andrej Kiska should veto the legislation that grants doctors the option to introduce additional office hours, during which patients can make specific-time appointments for a fee, representatives of the opposition OLaNO said on Thursday. OLaNO MP Marek Krajci claimed on Wednesday that the new measure is "unsystemic and anti-social", as people will be forced to pay for health care twice - once via health insurance and then in appointment fees.
