There is practically no more room in Poland for large shopping mall complexes. Those which exist are more than able to satisfy the needs of customers, Tuesday's edition of business daily Puls Biznesu says. According to a December report issued by CBRE, a commercial real estate services and investment firm, Poland's commercial market is very saturated. The newspaper wrote that of the cities with over 200,000 residents, only Czestochowa (southern Poland) and Torun (northern Poland) would be able to accommodate another shopping centre.
