Morawiecki announces Robin Hood tax for high-bracket earners

In the near future the Polish government will propose a special tax for high-bracket earners to finance aid for the needy, Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki said on Friday. "We will propose detailed changes in the constitution aimed at making the state function according to principles of solidarity and justice. I trust the opposition will back our proposals," Morawiecki said.
