The Czech finance ministry has drafted the 2020 state budget with a 40-billion-crown deficit, expenditures of 1,594 billion crowns and revenues of 1,554 billion, Prime Minister Andrej Babis (ANO) told a press conference on Monday. The 40-billion-crown gap is the same as projected for 2019. The draft reckons with an increase in investments to 135 billion crowns in 2020 from this year's 122.3 billion.
