The far-right People's Party Our Slovakia (LSNS), which in Saturday's vote in Slovakia won two seats in the next European Parliament, said on Monday that it will view its presence in the EU's legislature as an opportunity to call for reform of the bloc in favour of national principles, but if it does not succeed, it will attempt to initiate Slovakia's exit from the EU. LSNS leader Marian Kotleba, who is an MP and did not run in the EP elections, said at a press conference that he was satisfied to see that LSNS was below the 5-percent threshold needed to make it into the EP only in two districts out of the 79 in Slovakia.
