Law and Justice jumps ahead of Civic Platform - poll

Poland's largest opposition party, the right-wing Law and Justice (PiS) jumped ahead of the ruling Civic Platform (PO), the latest CBOS poll showed. PiS is supported by 26 percent of voters while PO has secured a 23 percent backing. Support for PiS jumped since April by 3 percentage points. Backing for PO fell by 2 percentage points. CBOS commenting on the shift of the leader of the ranking noted that PiS found itself on top of the list for the first time since 2007.
