At the invitation of China's Foreign Minister and State Councillor Wang Yi, Slovak Foreign and European Affairs Minister Miroslav Lajcak (a Smer-SD nominee) arrived on Wednesday in China, where he will deliver a speech at the second Belt and Road forum, TASR was told by the Foreign Affairs Ministry's press department on the same day. The head of the Slovak diplomacy started his working programme by talking with his Chinese counterpart. Both ministers declared their interest in further strengthening of the bilateral co-operation and intensification of contacts between Slovakia and the People's Republic of China in both political and business-economic areas.
