Heritage institute gains EU funds for Telc chateau reconstruction

The Czech National Heritage Institute has so far succeeded with ten out of 16 requests for European subsidies for heritage reconstruction and the major part of the money will go to the chateau in the UNESCO-listed Telc, PM Andrej Babis said today. The NPU gained over 1.5 billion crowns in total in EU subsidies from the Integrated Regional Operational Programme (IROP). Babis attended the official opening of the reconstruction of the Telc chateau in which 180 million crowns from the EU and another 31 million from the state budget would be invested by 2022.
