Slovak Supreme Court Judge Stefan Harabin on Friday morning submitted a petition to parliament with 31,993 signatures, enough to launch his bid as a presidential candidate. Harabin said that he does not intend to use "a single billboard" in the presidential campaign. "It will be the cheapest campaign ever in Slovakia," he said, adding that he wants to invest "as little as possible" in it using a transparent account. He stressed that his campaign will not be financed by oligarchs.
