Govt mulling further public surveys

The government is considering conducting further "national consultation" surveys ahead of the European Parliamentary elections on subjects such as the family, Hungary's demographics and European Union issues, a Fidesz spokesman has said. Balazs Hidveghi said the government surveys were an "effective tool", adding that Fidesz also planned to tour the country and mount a billboard campaign before the EP elections.
