Seperate legislation for foreign investors, aid for start-up entrepreneurs and the appointment of an SME spokesperson are among the provisions of a Constitution for Business passed by the government on Tuesday. The new laws also introduce the "what is not forbidden is allowed" principle in business, and greenlight unregistered commercial activity. The Constitution for Business consists of five legislative packages which change current commercial laws, including legislation on entrepreneurs' rights, a small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) spokesperson, the Central Commercial Register, foreign investors in Poland and other laws.
