The police have handed the file on the Capi hnizdo case, implicating a suspected 50-million crown fraud with EU subsidies for Czech Prime Minister Andrej Babis's business, to the state attorney's office, Ales Cimbala, the spokesman for the Prague Municipal State Attorney's Office, told CTK on Wednesday. The office will now study the file and then decide on whether to lodge a legal complaint, Cimbala said. The police proposal relates to Babis and some more defendants, but it does not include his son, who is being prosecuted separately. "Along with the final proposal, the file was submitted to the state attorney," Cimbala said.
