Far-right National Democracy may be called extremist - court

The extreme rightist National Democracy (ND) cannot demand its deletion from the reports on extremism and an apology from the Czech Interior Ministry, a court ruled today, turning down the ND's lawsuit to this effect. The ND says it promotes democratic values and its being ranked among extremists strongly harms it, which may affect both the public opinion and its results in elections. In its lawsuit, the party demanded that the Interior Ministry should delete all the mentions about it from the report on extremism for 2015 and the first half of 2016.
