More than 7.6 million euros is to be made available to Polish companies and organisations conducting voluntary projects and internships for young people, under an EU initiative called the European Solidarity Corps. The application period starts on February 13. The European Solidarity Corps is an EU programme geared towards young people between the ages of 18 and 30 that enables them to gain professional experience through volunteer work, solidarity projects and work experience placements and internships in Poland and abroad.
