Draft of new EU treaty on fiscal discipline much improved - Hungary ForMin

The draft text of the EU fiscal pact has improved a lot over the recent period and appears ready to be approved by EU leaders next Monday, Foreign Minister Janos Martonyi told reporters after the Friday meeting of EU foreign ministers in Brussels. Martonyi said he expected member states soon to agree on the general principle that non-euro-zone member states which join the pact should also attend euro-zone summit meetings.
