Almost 60 percent of Czechs keep a pet at home, with dogs being the most widespread, followed by cats and aquarium fish, according to the results of the Focus agency's October poll released on Monday. A Czech animal keeper spends almost 800 crowns on his or her pets a month on average. A total of 58 percent Czechs have an animal pet in their households.
