The Czech state lacks coordination and strategy of the fight against terrorism, hybrid threats and spread of disinformation, Benedikt Vangeli, the head of the Interior Ministry Centre Against Terrorism and Hybrid Threats, said at a seminar on information war held in the Senate on Wednesday. Moreover, the Czech Republic does not even have a united communication policy, as evidenced in the Novichok case, Vangeli said.
