Czechs consider primarily terrorism a main threat to peace and security in the country, followed by organised crime and refugees, according to a November poll by the Public Opinion Research Centre (CVVM) released this week. On the contrary, Czechs do not fear ultra-left groups and foreigners living in the Czech Republic so much. Sixty-one percent of the respondents named terrorist groups and individual terrorists as a big security threat, another 28 percent view terrorism a small risk to the country and 8 percent do not consider it a danger at all.
