Czech Republic records almost 90 new Covid-19 cases

The Czech Republic registered 89 new Covid-19 cases on Tuesday, the highest figure since Friday (126), their number totalling 10,651 since the beginning of the epidemic in early March, according to data released on the Health Ministry's website. Almost 70 percent of those infected have recovered and 340 patients with Covid-19 have died so far, the latest one on Wednesday. Currently there are 2,752 active cases. On Tuesday, laboratories conducted 3,993 coronavirus tests, 188 more than on Monday. Out of them, 2.23 percent tested positive.
