Czech President plans tour of regions from July

Czech President Milos Zeman plans to visit the Czech Republic's 13 regions from July, he told CTK during his visit to Brno, capital of South Bohemia Region, on Tuesday. He was in Brno to discuss the state of the city finances with mayor Roman Onderka (Social Democrats, CSSD). Zeman said after his inauguration in early March that he wanted to pay increased attention to regions. The first region he visited after his election was Zlin, where his Party of Citizens Rights crossed the 5 percent barrier in last years regional elections.
