Czech PM absent from Munich conference due to health troubles

Czech Prime Minister Andrej Babis (ANO) cancelled his participation in last week's security conference in Munich because Bavarian Minister President Horst Seehofer said he would not attend it, and also due to a coincidence of his own health troubles, he wrote on Facebook on Monday. As a result of very hard work, he had problems with high blood pressure and a vein in his eye had burst. He also suffers from migraines stemming from stress, he wrote.
