Czech Internet Hot Line helps combat child porn

The Czech Hot Line that focuses on safe Internet received last year over 1,200 messages on illegal and dubious web pages, including 89 cases of child porn, Pavel Vichtera, from the Hot Line contact centre, told journalists on Tuesday. Lawyers passed 60 cases to the police, he said, adding that after the Hot Line's intervention, 54 web pages were withdrawn from the Internet. "We have scored a 100 percent success rate in withdrawing web pages from the Internet," he said.
