Czech diplomacy should confidently defend its vision of rights and freedoms defence, rule of law and liberal democracy as anti-system parties throughout Europe try to challenge its fundaments, Foreign Minister Tomas Petricek told a meeting of Czech ambassadors today. The Czech goal and vital interest is to defend the world order that was developed after World War Two, although this order is not perfect and its partial reforms must be debated, he said. Petricek pointed out that Czechia is clearly a part of the family of the nations of the West.
