The courts must provide a proper interpreting of penal orders for foreigners and inform them about the possibility to file a complaint, the Czech Constitutional Court (US) ruled on Tuesday, meeting a Ukrainian woman's complaint. The woman was brought to the Liberec District Court, north Moravia, without a lawyer and said the court interpreter did not translate all the relevant information to her.
