The Czech Aero Vodochody aircraft maker still conducts talks on the sale of 28 L-159 combat aircraft for roughly 19.2 billion crowns to Iraq, but the contract has not been concluded as Iraq is rather passive, company president Ladislav Simek said on Wednesday. "The case is moving, but not shifting. Active talks are being conducted both with us and the Korean competitor. But I am not aware of any shift," Simek said at the International Fair of Defence and Security Technology.
