The number of cybercrimes and crimes committed over the Internet is rising quickly in the Czech Republic, with 1,502 such crimes reported in 2011 and 8,417 in 2019, representatives of the police and the interior ministry told a press conference on Monday. According to the police, the most common crimes committed on the Internet are fraud and morality-related delicts.
