Customs officers detain foreign national with cocaine at Prague airport

Customs officers detained a 21-year-old foreign national smuggling almost three kilos of cocaine in his luggage at the Vaclav Havel Airport Prague on Saturday, their spokeswoman Sarka Miskovska told CTK. The man was travelling on the Rio de Janeiro-Lisbon-Prague line. "The foreigner was transferred to the National Anti-Drug Centre of the Czech police that will launch criminal prosecution on suspicion of illegal production and other handling of narcotics, psychotropic substances and poisons," Miskovska said.
