Caputova: Peace is treasure that has to be protected at all times

Peace is a treasure that has to be protected constantly, President Zuzana Caputova said on Wednesday on the occasion of Veterans Day and the 102nd anniversary of the end of the first world war. The president commemorated both events by laying wreaths at the central cross in the military cemetery in the Bratislava borough of Petrzalka. In her view, November 11 is an important day for people to realise the dangers of a war and the value of peaceful coexistence.
