Smer-SD's proposal to elect Constitutional Court judges directly in parliament with at least 90 votes, without the president having a say in it, will not make it through Most-Hid's caucus, Most-Hid leader Bela Bugar told a news conference in Bratislava on Monday. "Such crucial changes cannot be made a few months or weeks before such an important election," Bugar said. But the party leader said he did not expect the matter to lead to a coalition crisis. "This wasn't included in the Government Manifesto and the coalition agreement says that if somebody suggests anything that hasn't been included in the Government Manifesto, each coalition partner must agree with it," said Bugar.
