Bilek to stay as coach of Czech soccer team after EU championship

Michal Bilek, coach of the Czech national soccer team, will keep the post even after the June European championship, Miroslav Pelta, head of the Czech Football Association (CMFS), said on Friday. Bilek will thus lead the Czech national side also in the qualifier for the 2014 World Cup in Brazil, Pelta said, adding that it was a reward for Bilek for having brought the team to the European championship. Bilek has been heading the Czech national soccer team since 2010.
