Banska Bystrica opens Slovakia's first social economy consulting centre

The first regional social economy consulting centre in Slovakia was opened in Banska Bystrica on Friday, with Labour Minister Jan Richter in attendance. The centre will have four employees. Centres will provide information on social entrepreneurship and necessary help and support in launching social enterprises in regional towns. Richter said that centre employees will also provide entities involved in the social economy with consulting and with assistance in implementing public procurement.
