Czech Prime Minister Andrej Babis and President Milos Zeman condemned Friday's terrorist attack in two mosques in New Zealand, which claimed at least 49 lives, and offered condolences to the victims' families. Zeman sent a letter of condolences to Governor-General of New Zealand Patsy Reddy, in which he denounced the attack. Zeman wrote that he had received the report on the shooting in the town of Christchurch, which claimed dozens of lives, with deep sorrow. He assured Reddy that the Czech Republic strongly condemned this act of terrorism. He expressed condolences to her and the victims' families and wished all the injured a quick recovery.
