Babis: Czech government not to revoke Kosovo's recognition

September 12th, 2019

Prime Minister Andrej Babis sees no reason for the Czech government to change its recognition of Kosovo, as demanded by President Milos Zeman, Babis said today after his talks with the PMs of the Visegrad Four countries. However, senior elected officials will certainly discuss the Kosovo issue, Babis said. During his visit to Serbia, which he ended today, Zeman said he wanted to discuss the revocation of the Czech Republic's recognition of Kosovo's independence with other senior elected officials.
