A recording of a conversation between Marian K., who faces charges of counterfeiting promissory notes, and former prosecutor-general Dobroslav Trnka has been found in Marian K.'s safe, according to a report by Dennik N daily, which based on the recording suspects that the prosecutor-general's office was being run by Marian K. or other oligarchs that did business with him and not by Trnka. The voices heard in the recording speak about corruption in the ranks of MPs when Trnka's election for the post of prosecutor-general was taking place in 2011. According to Dennik N, bribes aimed at having Jozef Majsky released from custody are mentioned.
