President Janos Ader has returned to parliament an amendment to the law on legislation, saying it causes incoherence between Hungary's basic law and the amended law. His related letter was published on parliament's website on Friday. The amendment, which Justice Minister Laszlo Trocsanyi proposed in connection with the seventh amendment to Hungary's basic law, was accepted with 120 votes in favour, 34 against and 24 abstentions in November. The amendment aims to ensure that the reasonings of bills are made public.
